  • Basic Computer Clean-up - $40.00 per PC
    Optimize your computer by making sure nothing unnecessary pops up when you start your computer, among many other things (including a registry cleanup, getting rid of unwanted programs, disk defragmentation, and pagefile adjustment). 
  • New Computer Setup - $40.00 per PC
    Make sure that your new computer is running all of the software that it should be, and none of the annoying "free trial" software that it shouldn't.  Any software that you already own can be installed, and other necessary software (Anti-Virus, CD Burning, Office Suites) will be installed if not already present.  Don't worry!  The software installed will be free of charge, and open source where possible.
  • Virus/Malware Removal - $35.00 per hour
    Removing viruses and other malware can be tricky.  The first step will be to back up the important data on your hard drive.  Second will be to go about removing the pesky programs causing the problems.  Third, will be to make sure that your system is running up-to-date anti-virus and anti-malware software, and that you have the information necessary to avoid ending up with a virus in future.  I will never charge more than $200 for labor on a single job.
  • General Everyday Help - $30.00 per hour
    Need help setting up that home network?  Need to get that fancy new television set up and connected to the internet?  Need a patient person to help you get to know your computer?  Need someone to upgrade you to the latest version of Windows (or switch you to Mac or Linux)?  Then you've found the right person.
